BMC Helix ITSM

The BMC Helix ITSM connector is a Scripted API connector. Please refer to the Scripted API documentation for more details.
The BMC Helix ITSM connector enables data import between BMC Helix ITSM to RAC/M Identity. It utilizes the BMC Helix ITSM REST API to read peoples.
Like all scripts used by the Scripted API connector, this script can be modified to meet specific requirements. You can refer to other reference scripts to see how scripts can be modified.
Configuration
The following parameters are required for all Scripted API connectors:

Authentication

Filtering
The connector supports filtering of the data imported from BMC Helix ITSM. The following parameters are available:
