SMS service configuration guide

The SMS service enables users to receive SMS notifications. By adding an SMS provider, users can receive SMS notifications for various events and other services.

Concepts

The SMS service involves two parties:

1. Customer: The service that uses the SMS service. In our case, it's S-Filer Portal.
2. SMS provider: The service that sends SMS messages.

Configuration

To configure the SMS service, certain steps must first be carried out at the SMS provider, then S-Filer Portal is configured using the provider's information.

Configuration requirements differ from one provider to another. Follow the steps described for each provider carefully. S-Filer Portal's SMS service is compatible with the following SMS providers:

• Twilio
• Microsoft Azure Communication Services
• AWS SNS
